Shipping Costs
- Premium Shipping: We offer free premium shipping on all orders.
Delivery Times
Currently, we ship exclusively to Ireland.
- Premium Shipping: 7–14 business days
Please note that delivery times may vary due to external factors beyond our control, including:
- Weather conditions
- Peak holiday seasons
- Carrier delays
- Customs inspections or clearance processes
While these delays are beyond our control, we always strive to keep you informed with the latest tracking information.
Order Processing
- Processing time: Our goal is to process all orders within 1 to 3 days.
- Cut-off time: Orders placed before 10:00 PM (Dublin Time) will be sent for processing on the same day; orders placed after this time will be processed the following day.
Please note that certain factors may affect processing times, such as incomplete payments, incorrect or incomplete addresses, or an exceptionally high volume of orders during holiday seasons. If any issues arise, we will contact you via email before proceeding to ensure a successful delivery.
Shipping Process
- Carrier Services: We use trusted international logistics partners to ensure the safe delivery of your items.
- Tracking Information: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking details.
Lost or Damaged Items
- Damaged Orders: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours to initiate a resolution.
- Lost Orders: If your package is misplaced in transit, please contact us immediately for assistance.
Taxes, Duties, and Customs
Orders shipped to Ireland may be subject to import duties, customs fees, or VAT upon arrival. These charges are not included in the purchase price and are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend contacting the local customs authority for information on potential fees before placing your order.
Note: Alva Kildare is not responsible for customs delays or packages held by customs authorities. The timing and release of your shipment are determined solely by the local customs agency.
Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order after payment, please contact us as soon as possible at support@alvakildare.com. We will do our best to assist you.
However, because orders are automatically transmitted to our fulfillment center for immediate processing, we cannot guarantee cancellations. If the order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation will no longer be possible. In this case, you may wait for delivery and initiate a return in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Due to high demand during the holiday seasons (especially November and December), shipping and processing times may experience slight delays. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
